Project lunch in 2017 and still not done, still phase 1 work going on. very bad quality, bad management, poor communication with costumers, not permission to visit site who purchased flats.
Worst experience.booked flat in July 2017 and still no signs of possession till date.infact the buildings are still under construction.and they keep extending the possession date. CRM and Sales dept keep on giving fake possession dates. Pre-EMI reimbursement are also not on time, we have to take many many follow-ups with finance team. Regretting my decision to buy a flat at VTP Purvanchal, Wagholi. Now I pay Pre-EMI+Rent and still no sign of possession date with all amenities. Seems builder doesn’t have ample funds to speed up their project plus reimbursing Pre-EMI on time and giving lots of excuses.
