We cancelled the booking for VTP verve

We cancelled booking for VTP verve but cancellation charges applied 50, 000 Rs.


Why so much charges the builder taking for cancellation, and from where it’s authorised from?


As per RERA, if we cancel the booking, full amount should be returned. This is going against RERA.
