Unprofessional, unethical

Very unprofessional way of dealing with customers.


First they promised me that I could get desired units, then they call me and give four options to choose in VTP Sierra. After that they promised refund of token amount within 15 days from request, and it’s been 43 days and token hasn’t been refunded yet.


Don’t go for them, these folks are unprofessional, unethical and non-transparent.
