Pathetic experience

We had booked the slot between 3-4 for site visit for VTP Sierra for their ongoing project in Baner. We reached there around 3:30.We were asked to wait, after couple of minutes they sent us to see the presentation which were full of images n with very less explanation by sales representative that too we happened to realise that the explanation was for her own client not for the clients sitting in room.


Then we again checked on reception if they can allocate someone to us to show sample flat. We were informed no one has been allocated to us yet.No worries, within 5-10 mins we had a sales representative to take to show sample flat but we don’t know for what reason he assigned that task too other representative who was around him. It was clearly seen the other person has no interest to take a tour on ready to show flat.he dropped us there n left in between, we spent around 10-12 mins, we took a tour , we didn’t like anything neither there was anyone to explain what plan the flat has been built with or if we have any questions.


After leaving from the sample flat, we met our representative who asked did you see the flat n we responded we saw literally everything!!!


Upon telling you were not there to see explain us, he said he had gone to other client so let me tell them


"Boss we were also your client, we also had taken out time to ensure we are reaching their on committed time, n we were expecting your equal time and attention to take a decision if we should put our hard earned money to grow your business.but your attitude spoke a lot n made us realised you do not need clients.Just to you people were not gifting me the flat even I would have paid fairly for any purchase if I would have or thought of being made.!!!
