We paid such premium for this house. Unfortunately this builder carrying a tag of Wadhwa is no better than a third rate local developer. And don’t be mistaken, Wadhwa is only responsible for marketing the project and for sales (so it’s the face of the project). The real builders are MICL group and Chandak group.
