I reside in Solitaire’A’ wing, Kolshet road, Thane(W). We are facing leakage issue since the onset of rainy season. We are suffering from sever leakage all over our bedroom ceiling and walls.It has also started to spread to the hall ceiling. From November the leakage has started from the above flat’s bathroom because the rain water eroded the walls. Since it is only 3 years the building is being made the Wadhwa group is responsible for such repairing work.
We contacted the builder on society’s advice. They promised that the work would be done. The ceiling is still leaking and the entire home smells very bad because of the same. The people living in the above flat are also affected since they work and rework without knowing the exact reason for the issue.
Our home is getting destroyed in front of us and we can do nothing about the same. All our efforts are going in vain!
What is the use of investing in "The Wadhwa Group" when we are suffering to this extend. We believed in the quality and not its all gone.
I kindly request all those who plan to invest to have a second thought. Today its we who are suffering tomorrow it may be you!
I request "The Wadhwa Group" to see the quality of work they have done in Solitaire A wing and the number of complaints because of the supreme quality they maintained.
