PATHETIC Customer Service they give to the customers?
No one helps to solve problems, no response on e-mail, phone they dont pick and verbally they dont value their promises
No grievance hierarchy.
Sales people made wrong promises in order to sale, customer service denies and no grievance hierarchy?
one person promises and other denies, whereas they both represent same company? Is this the way to sell things by saying anything and after that denying.
Where to report the matter dont know.what to do.
