I was in negotiation with Arkade and had blocked a Flat by paying a token. I was told that incase of cancellation the amount will be refunded. For some unfortunate reasons from the builders side we could not reach to an agreement and I had to cancel the deal. Though for the cancellation I don’t blame the builder it was due to miscommunication from their sales lady that I had to cancel but let me tell i was too keen to buy this, anyways after the cancellation my money was refunded by the builder within specified time and I didn’t had to do follow ups. This shows the character and intent of this organisation. Mr. Sagar their Sales person was very helpful throughout this process. These days when getting refunds are humongous task we didn’t had to sweat for that. I repeat again that this organisation can be trusted and seems like very good people...In future if I can I will definitely buy their property.
