Personally among the 30+ apartments that we’ve looked at this one has the best views and planning. The price at which it is being sold at is a steal deal! The location is also perfect that it is far enough from the city’s noise and yet veing closer to everything. And even the amenities are all that can be found only in premium properties that cost twice as much or in larger communities with 5 times the number of houses! The community being a small one ensures that the amenities are available to use and even the people are really nice and friendly. As with all builders there are some who have faced some trouble and would have negative opinions and personal fights with builder. But that shouldn’t deter anyone from considering buying their home here. Been living here for the past year now and have never been happier about any other decision we’ve ever made!
