I purchased the plot at New Matheran in 2017 and they promised the project completion with all amenities in 3-5 yrs.However it’s 8yrs and till date the resort rooms facility and other amenities are not ready and if we construct a house and stay it will be at owners risk for all needs incl security(one old man stays with a stick).I wanted to visit the place for past 2yrs but nothing is ready to stay independent. It is Rera registered hence one can put a query on the development not being provided till date. I hope the situation changes for better as our investment has to grow.
