Very bad experience with Yashada Developer. I bought a flat in the Lohegaon area from the builder. The construction quality is not good. The builder has an agreement with a local person to use the society’s internal roads, which was hidden from the buyers. Now, that local person is threatening society members. It has become a headache for us.
There are others issues also that builder is not able to resolve. Builder not able to install electricity meter properly. Many of us getting 2 electricity bills.
