Just a day before our housewarming we had our roof leaking in all the rooms. Though it was an unpleasant experience we let it go off thinking it happens, over a couple months they fixed the leakage. We are now here from past 3years our clubhouse is still not functioning. I have attached a pic for ref for the clubhouse roof condition. Out of blue now we have a influential politician getting a bull dozer in the society that the builder has promised him a road from within the society for his access. Why would anyone allow another resident to access into their premises? This so called influential person threatens people to allow him to encroach the society premises and the builder is least bothered. The society handover is yet to happen. With that name they had in the market i never thought I am investing money to just lose peace in life. Please don’t buy any property from them, you will regret for sure.
