Got a letter from Electrical inspectorate, the building has one unapproved floor and does this means, the clearances given by electrical inspectorate still stays valid ?

Same experience here. Request for disconnection sent, still got bills. Had to fight hard. Got a notice from a Delhi based lawyer.
