Still I Have not received my refund. Never go for booking with Lodha, all false commitment and no one reply once you deposit booking amount.
Now post giving cheque of Rs 27000, sales manager comes up with new dramatic statement that if you have encashed this cheque then this is deemed confirmation that balance amount stands forfeited.
