Project is still under construction. Still Possession not provided and now its May 2018 ..complete 1 yrs..ALSO carpet area is not even 71%

They are not giving colour/designer granite in common area except the staircase. Its looking like an Hospital floor. Most Luxury project will have designer granite or even tiles. I can show you several buildings sold only for 3500 per sft where you have somany tiles in common area
THe project is now delayed by complete 10months and still 4 months pending to complete this.
