This posting is possibly from a Tata employee - no Tata customer that I know of has ever been happy with their service. DO NOT EVER BECOME A TATA CUSTOMER - AND NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY DEPOSIT. They will never refund you and keep making excuses

Tata Docomo are a fly by night operator whose only aim is to acquire new customers by any means possible - once they take money from you, they will completely ignore you. Their customer service is the worst possible
