Actually - Tata Sky is already in a mess. Their subsidies from parent stake holder is likely to take a hit due to costly foreign steel company takeover and Singur plant problem. the next immediate thing to do is to reduce their cost- (which i hope is out of control) and start charging customers like read more...

Whoever had a problem with Tata Sky will remember forever the bad experience. How a simple thing is made complicated can be learned from them. it is a pain in rain and they will call it natural... their technicians will take away cash and will not recharge your account.
