29264928 The worst part was that your so called customer care folks were totally indifferent to the issue. No one bothered to call back even after I called 5-6 times. Some of them openly lied
After a number of calls/follow-ups, I was finally able to get the technician home for the service. However, there has been no response from the company whatsoever.
