Hi All, Thanks a lot for your valuable comments... I just wanted to know about this cess hike on cars...Im worried if I will be affected by this... When will this be effective..Any Idea??? I hope I will get my car before this comes into existance.. A 8% cess hike would cost me 30000 - 3500 read more...
