Hello Same problem here , I've disconnected the connection and I paid the whole amout They are asking me to pay 2k more if not they will proceed with the case Even I want to take legal against this tikona, I'm planning to fight in consumer court till tikona is closed

I had the same problem, Infact the customer service came to my place and told you cannot use modem that you bought by yourself an he told we will not support that Pls don't give false information
