I totally agree with you Saswat...for sure the customer Care of Snap Deal really sucks...they are never able to resolve any issues ...they just raise 1 new ticket after another and you have to keep following up...I am following up with them for close to a month and I don't see any resolution in near read more...

Exact same thing happened to me with Numero Uno Shoes....mine was even worse as I got different sizes of pair of shoes. Its almost 1 month now and the reverse pick up is still to happen. Please guys avoid ordering anything from this cheaters site....it sucks big time and you will repent....Like me n read more...
