I bought my apartment at a good price and their team helped me with the paperwork for loans and stuff. Yes sometimes i had to followup with them but it was expected as this was something they were doing out of good will.

I got the delivery within 2 months of the expected time so extremely happy i have met many people in my society who have apartments in other Kumari Projects as well, i did not heard anyone complaining about delays or bad construction.
