All of us normally curse the present system and wait for some one else come and cleanse it for us. Can we not begin with ourselves?At least we would be remembered by posteritty as one who tried to improve and not add to the rot that seems to have set I am an IAS officer of 1988 batch. But more than that I have the satisfaction of leading a life as an an upright, compassionate person with full dignity and integrity.I look forward to an opportunity of being of some use to anyone in need. Gone are the days when philanthropists used to set up Trusts for imparting education to children fro primary level up to the highest level.
