The website is neatly designed and simple. However, the website has technical problems because of which sometimes shopping becomes an inconvenient experience. But thanks to the presence of live help which makes sure that you are taken care of.
The customer service is fabulous. They can be contacted either through e-mail, chat or toll-free number. The chat representatives are well trained and make your life easy. They seem to understand you even before you ask a question and are extremely fast and smart in handling your question.
