100bestbuy.com is a cheat site and they fool people.
I had ordered a pack of 5 Koutons shirt. I paid through internet banking and amount of 1190 including shipping charges, but to my disgrace when I was redirected to 100bestbuy.com, it said transaction failure while my banks msg on my cell informed that amount deducted-transaction successful.
I called up customer support, they told it will be solved in 2 hours sir. That two hours is still not over. 4 days still no reply from their side. When we call customer care first we have to wait for 4 to 5 mins to get to them wasting our time and money on phone calls.
When we talk to them they dont know what to talk and how to talk, people on road side can talk in much more decent manner. Every time I called up they had only one answer, "Sir wait karo 2 hrs mein ho jayega and confirmation mail mil jayega."
Then they asked me to fire a mail with transaction details, which I did immediately with transaction details, my bank statement copy, the screen shot of the website when redirected, it had also taken time of 3 days but these people dont want to do anything so they dont reply.
Again they will need all the three things our mobile no. reference id and order id. for a single transaction. then after that I read reviews on the net for the same and found that it is cheat site.
After a week also there was no response or solution, so I called the up to cancel the order. They asked me to fire a mail for cancelling the order with necessary details, as soon as I mailed them for cancellation, in 5 hours of the cancellation mail the issue gets solved automatically and they placed the order and dispatched the product.
On that day I called them 5 times to give confirmation for receipt of the mail and give me information on how much time my order will be cancelled, but that person sitting there says, "Now your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled now. You send us that product back, once we receive the product we will refund the money in 15 days."
To my surprise each time I called in the whole week, my call was picked by some Mr.Dinesh only. I think they dont have any customer care too, only one or two person sitting who take the call and just make people fool.
At the end I received my product yesterday and as expected all shirts were of local quality just with the Koutons tag and those shirt can be used for cleaning purpose only.
And most importantly they will call you giving you greed with few branded names product for only 2000/- or 3000/- bucks, but I read many reviews then, all said it is wrong and once you pay or register according to their saying, your money is gone.
I am writing this review just to make you people aware that any time you want to buy any product online, first please check with the reviews of product and website, so that you may not get fooled and cheated by someone, and so that our hard earned money is not wasted.
