I ordered a pair of Ray Ban Sunglasses - Order no 660918 and they delivered in 3 days, excellent. But wait, let me tell you what they sent. A pair of Reebok sunglasses - may be a mistake, I wrote back expecting them to rectify their mistake. Here starts a mix of thrill and comedy!
First reply, dear customer we do not have Ray Ban hence we have sent you Reebok. Wow Ray Ban = Reebok!
In denied and asked for either a refund or a change. They say they are sorry and I can purchase something on their website and the amount I paid will be adjusted to my new purchase. Do you know they dont have any facility of Credits under My Account - Is there an invisible technology that you will adjust my money.
Now, whenever I write to them, one they reply in approx ten days and two, they find new excuses and stupid questions to ask.

And the contact number mentioned has one pre-recorded message - "All our execs are busy or you have called after office hours;" do you guys even have an office!
