I purchased through 100bestbuy.com product which was MP3 Player for that I made a online payment. After receiving the product I saw that headphone had broken and I got shocked, then after sometime I call 100best buy customer care but no one reply.
Again next day I called them and one of the customer care executive said that please return the product to our address and after receiving the product we will send you replaced product and I sent a mail also to 100best buy.com and they replied me replacement details, after receiving we will send your replace product to you as soon as possible.
Then I did courier the product to their address and within 8 days I got new product then I opened the product that was really good, so now I feel very happy and they did not charge for replacement. thanks
