In the month of January, 2012, I bid for many items and paid approximate Rs.5000/- by my SBI shopping card but I did not get any bid, however the items for which I paid separately, i.e. Lady purse and lady wrist watch, they delivered the same goods which were very sub-standard. I still have about approx. 5000 points at my credit for which I have not received any items.
In spite of my repeated requests neither they respond nor they refund my money. I want to use my credit points but there is no option to use these credit points for further purchase of items. Further I have written them to send me the items against my credit points. But they never paid any heed to my requests. On 9/8/2012, I sent a legal notice to the company (copy enclosed), some- one from the company asked me whether I am an advocate and my registration number. It implies that if a legal notice is served to them they will return the money.
