I bought a canon camera on July 27th 2013, it’s more than 7 days, but still I did not receive the camera. I checked the status in blue dart courier website, nothing is showing with the given reference number. When I call the customer care they are saying the product is out of stock and I will receive it in 2 to 3 days. From the last 3 days I have been calling them, every day they are saying 2 to 3 days to ship the camera.
I do not know what to do..when I asked the customer service guy why every time you are saying 2 to 3 days, he disconnected the phone. If I call again a different person will pickup the call, I have to explain the issue gain from the beginning.
