I recently(21st March 2012) did some payments for the contest running at 100bestbuy.com - the website is so pathetic that it did not capture my e-mail address and address details. So, it accepted the payments without actually registering me.
I was supposed to receive the credits for the payments I made, but since I am NOT registered at the site that did not happen. Now I cannot login to the site to see if they have actually registered me into the contest!
I have been writing to the customer care(everyday since 21st March 2012) without a response. And the customer care helpline number is NEVER REACHABLE.
I think I have already lost the amount which I have paid - so, I just want to warn others who get distracted by their catchy e-mail advertisements!
My suggestion to all: beware of 100bestbuy.com and stay away from it!
