I ordered a product, combo kurtis, at that time of order it showed that the transaction failed, So no order no. was not generated.Later I checked out my account details, and it showed an amount equal to the amount of kurtis-combo was cut!
I was shocked, so I sent them the ref ID of transaction along with a print screen of the transaction and it has been 1 week since, they said they’ll confirm with the’payment department’ and now they are not replying to me about the status of my complain!
This has been my worst experience of shopping online till date.
