Worst Online shoping exp.

I have been trying to contact you team for the order I have placed.


Order No.2180358 from CCAvenue Order No.2180288 from CCAvenue Order No.2180126 from CCAvenue Order No.2179603 from CCAvenue I receive no information what so ever apart from the order confirmation.


I need my money back by Monday and would also appreciate the call back from you company which is complete useless.


every time I called in my call was kept on hold and got disconnected. its a very clever business your team has chosen to sit on customer money and steal   and roll it in market and try to compensate the debts you company is going through.


I also work in Ecommerce and that is too India’s number one eCommerce and with us the customer experience is the best.


your inventory is on the shelf for more than 2 months and adding up to cost and by theft you try to make it up.


as the talks are up in the market soon your company will be dissolved.


I need quick revert and my money back with the full interest which you have earned from market.


Or else I will Launce the complaint in consumer court.
