In reference to my previous review I am attaching more calls that I had with their sales and customer care teams.I am under a process of filing a legal suite for the same on this company as I have not received any response from them. The above is the second call that I got from the sales person (Tanuja) immediately after 5 mins of the first call. I would suggest mouthshut should have more space to upload calls in a single review.
