I ordered product from 100bestbuy . com in april 2012.

This is July 2012 and I am yet to receive any product. Customer care has been the most unresponsive to the product. There were some calls from customer care that they are closing the case as the product has been delivered. But they have not responded upon repeated clarification that product is yet to be delivered.
