WORST experience ever, BEWARE of their LIES.

I have made several online purchases on other sites and have had a decent experience. This purchase on 100bestbuy has been my worst ever, forcing me to rethink, if online shopping is safe. This company seems to be working like frauds.


Background: I made a purchase on 20th Nov, Ref.No. 27652139.


After I ordered this, I was followed up by a phone call about a cask back offer and that I had to make that purchase on the same day for INR 4999 and that the same moment I will be given the dispatch number etc. I “believed” rather FELL for this trap as I thought it was like any other online store that is “honest” so I made the second order Ref.No. 27661854 .


But TILL TODAY I have no information of any of the products that I ordered. The website has a link that says "track your order" seems like a normal site, only when you place the order you realize that none of this works.


Now, the customer service is absolutely a nightmare to deal with!


Anytime you call, the standard answers are:


a.Product is out of stock.


b.We will dispatch it TODAY. (everyday you hear the same thing)


c.Or they simply HANG UP on you.


d.No way to escalate, speak to the manager etc. They will never do this, the simply hang up. :)


I plan to take this to the consumer court if I don’t get an answer this week.


At the same time, if this company is honest and resolves the issue, I will go back to the internet blogs like MouthShut and other sites, Facebook etc and testify and endorse this website as being "genuine."
