CUSTOMER PAY BUT PRODUCTS DONT GET DELIVERED

This is what I wrote to 100bestbuy.com on their FB page and they blocked me. Worst site to do any transactions. YOU LOSE MONEY AND NEVER GET IT


Never ever buy items from Bestbuy.com. I shopped before diwali for my father and the item is still not delivered. After 15 days the CC called me to mention that the product was not available. Until then they just mentioned all the time that it will be delayed. Now they want to refund my money through credits in my account which is still not reflecting.


Guys at 100bestbuy.com please wake up, its tough competition out there and you can be seriously rammed by others because of poor customer service. I now dont even believe your lucky draw schemes because I think its one be scam to take money from customers, block them and force everyone to shop at your site. Trust me it really is mind boggling experience. I never ever want to shop again. My login details are :8861300705 my phone nos...Please if you can fix this for me. And for heaven sake if you dont have a product please remove it from the offerings.
