Good products to purchase

I saw a lot of the complaints against the 100 best buy. com but that site is not like that, because when I ordered LG Optimus P500 from 100 best buy. com and I got my LG Optimus P500 within 5 days, but the phone is not working properly, then I call customer care and they told me that they will replace the product as soon as possible.

Then I send the product to their address and after 11 days I got my new LG Optimus P500. This time its work properly.
