I had booked 3 combo Blackberry Shirt payment done online on 3rd April 2014, with Ref_ID 29751207, am yet to receive the product. I have called the call centre at least 20 times till now, the call get connects only after 4 mins and when questioned about delivery they say next week it would be delivered have patience, it has been more than a month.
I requested for cancellation of order neither of these people pay any heed to customers. If asked further or forward the call to senior team members they hang up the phone abruptly. Even on mail, they don’t get reply quickly. Only after 3 days they reply. Very pathetic service, highly unprofessional with zero business ethics. I would call it an online Fraud.
