I have ordered Koutons Pack of 3 Shirts (Assorted Colors) on 09-03-2014. My reference no is 29435387.
I paid Rs.832 through internet banking. My account was debited with that amount. I didn’t receive any confirmation message to my mail id, but I just received an SMS "Congrats. We are sending you the product to the address."
When I contacted 080 - 67536400 no response. I mailed 3 times to the mail ids which are mentioned in their website’s contact us page. This is not fair. I am irritated with their blithering service.
