100bestbuy is a very bad name of e -commerce.It is a fraud and cheater, trap innocent customer like me. A mail has come on my mail id about Nokia Lumia Contest 920. I paid Rs.599 for this contest by my net banking on 15October 2013.
Next day a call came from the office of 100bestbuy and the caller name was Mahesh, mobile no. 8904048985 that my name has figured among top fifteen of the contestant, so the company has offered me a gift hamper of iball6318 tablet and two Reebok watch, but for this I have to pay Rs.7999 which is 100 percent cashback in the form of credit points.
In case I refused to take this offer, my name will be removed from the list of contestants. Under the circumstances I reluctantly paid Rs.7999 by my ATM. Then a confirmation call from one Mr. Aditya, mobile No.8904048981, an official of 100bestbuy came assuring me that my consignment will reach within 6-8 working days.
However till the writhing of this review I have received nothing, even the credit points of Rs.7999 has not been given.When I call to Mahesh or Aditya on the cell noted above, they are not receiving my call. Even Customer care No.08067536400 is non functioning and when ever I dial, it is said that pl.check the number.
Now I am planning to approach consumer court. My final comment is that pl don’t trust this company .It is a fraud and cheater .It will prove fatal for e-commerce, if timely action is not taken against it.
