Guys: Don’t buy any product and don’t participant in any contest in 100bestbuy.com. Here my experience


with 100bestbuy.com


I had taken one contest conducted by 100bestbuy.com on 18/07/2014.


Contest Name: Sony Xperia Z2: Pay & get a chance to Win Contest Coupon


They asked me to pay Rs.699 for this contest and I paid that amount online through my HDFC Credit Card. For that payment they had given Rs.699 worth credit points and they asked me to pay Rs.15000 to continue


in the contest.


This was not at all mentioned in their website. So I didn’t agree it and asked about my Rs. 699


back. They said it’s credited on your 100bestbuy account as credit points mode. So you can


purchase any other item worth for Rs.699. At that time I didn’t find any product worth for my


requirement. On 11/09/2014 when I’ve tried to use those points for purchase one black shoes of


cost 599(Shoes Rs 499 and shipping charge Rs 100) then I’ll come to know I can not use all the credits at one time.


Only I was able to use 104 from Credit Points and remaining Rs 495 money I paid using my HDFC Credit card.


But that shoes is very low quality and size also not fitted for me, so I returned that shoes and asked my


total money ie. 699+ 495= 1194 in my HDFC Credit card account, For this money I already called at-least 15 to 20 time for returned my money


and wastage more than 150 rupees in the call because their customer care number is also chargeable.


Then I again talk to customer care many times then one girl named SONAL told me after 24 hours amount of Rs 495 you will get in your HDFC Credit


Card account and remaining all Rs 699 you can use at a time you will able to use all credits points together, but its already 15 to 20 days crossed


but this site persons are not returning my money, and they given credit points of total amount Rs 1194 and forcing me to purchase from this worst site.


Even When I tried to purchase some product from this worst site, I am not able to use all the credits points at a time.


Then I again call to customer care then RAKESH told me you will get your all money in your HDFC credit Card account but I dint got till now.


Shame shame shame on you 100bestbuy.com, why the hell you guys open this website for creating problem for the peoples.


You should learned some thing from other e-commerce site like Jabong.com, ShopClues.com, etc,


In these sites if we have credit points then without talking anything we able to use all those Credits points first.


Please guys I am requesting to all please don’t purchase any thing form this worst site.


This is world worst-est e-commerce website, plzz plzz don’t go through it.


I am heartiest requesting to MouthShut.com please help me to get back my total amount Rs 1194 in my HDFC Credit card account.
