My reference number is 20670630. I participated in samsung galaxy grand contest and got a Belmonte watch by paying Rs.840. The watch is completely broken. Please find the attached image. Also I was told that I will be getting 1 cash back special offer id and 1 coupon for the contest. But I did not receive these coupons.
My friends told that you are a cheater but I believed you guys and paid. This evening only I realized that you are a real cheating company. I have also sent the broken product to them via professional courier. My consignment number was MAA513869295

No one replied to my email or no one called me. This is completely fraud website. I will only believe them if they take some steps to resolve my problem. I have provided my reference number and consignment number. I think there is no other details required other than this to prove this website as a fraud.
