Utterly disappointed with this cheater site.ordered products worth 1190/- on 29th november. Made payment by on line bank transfer.goods still not received.more than ten emails sent.no response received from them.even after one month I am chasing them and wonder how should I get my money back. We should not believe such fraud sites but there is an issue.
How to identify which is genuine from so many operators in web space.there should be one mechanism to rate or grade merchant sites on reliability, service and customer orientation parameters.
