I selected the shoes and paid immediately through net banking. After 10 days, some one from bestbuy office says, the item is not available and they want to send some other item. When i refused to accept the item, he said, money will be returned only after 10 days. Now it is more than 15 days and amount is not returned and the contact no: is always busy.


Very poor customer service and the items seems to be bogus.
