Don’t ever trust 100 best buy because they would never keep there word and when you call them up they would hang up you. Because I had a bad experience with them. They call me up on 7 September 2013 and inform me that I would be getting Samsung galaxy tab if I pay Rs. 4999. And I confirm more thann 10 times with the adviser and he confirm me.
Later, another adviser caledl me again and told me that you’ve apply for contest of Samsung tab. So, I told him to cancel it and refund my money. And I call them up and confirm with them again and told them to cancel once again and they have make a complain on 10th Sept. And I’ve been following up every day but they say they would make a notes of it and they hang up on me.
I have lost more then Rs 500 calling them with my mobile. I spoke with Sahil Verma on this number 09379515742 as one of there advisor gave me. And told me and confirm that I would get it within 4 workings day but till now I’ve not receive the amount. All the information given by them on this link and website are wrong https://100bestbuy.com/refund-policy.php.
Does it take more than 1 and 1/2 months to refund the money..?
