My name is Amit and my registered mobile number on 100bestbuy.com is 9819386329. I have participated in S4 contest on 26th December 2013 by paying 5999 saying if I do not win the S4, I’ll surely get the iBall 7271 tablet with the Belmont watch.
On 1st Jan 2014 I received vox v92 only(order number 28326480). I spoke to the customer care of 100bestbuy.com and they asked me to send the product back so that we can ship the iBall 7271 tablet with the Belmont watch.
I have contacted the customer care several times but no response received. I am chasing them from last 3 weeks to get what I have paid and promised.
They say a complain number has been registered which is 10346. However, no action has been taken. I have also sent them consumer court notice. But no action has been taken against them. The last what I’ve heard from them is they will send the vox tablet v92 only.
HELP!
