I purchased couple of jeans on 17/6/2014 with reference id 31036021. Since then status says ready to send but it is not being send. I called Customer support couple of time and they always say it will be delivered soon. What is the matter? When it came to involving me in a contest to pay Rs.10000 the customer support spoke for 15min but when it comes to complain they don’t receive the calls and they are all busy with other customers.
