The so called 100bestbuy.com is a big scam site and is designed to prey on gullible newbies on online shopping markets. I am not a newbie but still got duped by this well designed site. They were offering a lucky draw contest where ipads and tabs were in the draw with a chance to win them with as low as 444 and 333 rs.
I took two of them, and waited for the month to end. At the end of month, I apparently didn’t won and the amount was credited to my best buy account to purchase things. I also got a call where they offered me ipod and Reebok watch, which I refused.
I purchased a pen drive and used the credit available to me, but the shipping cost was very high (Rs. 150 high by any standards) But I thought anything for the loss. I again purchased a pen drive and paid some 600 bucks from my bank in addition to the credit remaining.
I got mails for both of them but no transaction number or any evident details that I have purchased the product. I waited 2 weeks and saw no delivery.
I emailed them, no reply. emailed them twice again, no replies
I called the given numbers, at times it is invalid number or no one answers.
I have tried their numbers in morning, evening time and even at night.
So I lost over Rs. 2000 first by purchasing coupons and second by paying for the product from my account.
Please don’t buy from this site and mark it as spam. I will complain against these fellows in consumer forums.
