My Name is Manesh Kandukuri.My registered mobile no with the 100bestbuy is 9533511181.I have Rs 81/ as a store credit in my account.But I am unable to use this store credit at a time to buy another product from the same web site.In fact I don’t want to buy any product from 100bestbuy.When I call customer care to redeem these store credit in the form money to my account back they told it is not possible.Here I am loosing Rs 81 only.But to think there are so many people in India losing their money.So the company is earning by looting the people’s money. Really this is the practice of dishonesty or to gain advantage from innocent persons?
