Fraud for contests

Below is the acknowledgement they sent for the money I spent and now there are neither any bonus points, nor the money has been credited to my account. I have tried contacting on the number provided on the website but no one picks up the call. I am writing mails  to them but no one is responding, just the auto populated mail comes up. I feel cheated, I spent money, its my hard earned money and these people are just eating my money for no reason.


Team please intervene and try to get my money back, I ll be grateful for the help .Please help me in getting my money back.
